Situated between Free Ferry Road and Rogers Avenue, our office is located near Fort Smith Public Library and Creekmore Park. Because we strive to make your trip to our office as convenient as possible, we offer parking on location. The practice is led by Beth Hammond, H.I.S., and is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and additionally sees patients in our Waldron mobile clinic.
