We repair any brand of hearing aid, regardless of where you purchased it from.

If your hearing aid is still under warranty from the manufacturer your repair costs will likely be small or even free – even if you didn't purchase the hearing aids from us.

Here’s how it works:

Get the hearing aid to us. (either in person or via mail)
We will assess the problem and let you know what needs to be done to repair the aid.
If the repair is able to be completed in-house, we will do so ASAP - typically the very same day while you wait.
If the aid needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair we will ship it out same-day and notify you as soon as it comes back.

Every step of the way you will have direct communication with the people repairing your hearing aid. If you have questions about your repair, ask us yourself!
